近日，GENMA為印尼客戶(hù)量身定制的兩臺(tái)2500TPH固定式裝船機(jī)順利運(yùn)抵項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，并已完成碼頭安裝工作。

這兩臺(tái)裝船機(jī)根據(jù)客戶(hù)碼頭工況定制，采用固定式設(shè)計(jì)，安裝于近海墩柱上，在滿(mǎn)足作業(yè)需求的同時(shí)有效降低碼頭建造成本。裝船機(jī)配備旋轉(zhuǎn)拋料頭，可靈活適應(yīng)多種船型；兩臺(tái)設(shè)備可協(xié)同作業(yè)，配合完善的安全聯(lián)鎖防護(hù)與遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，有效防范作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。同時(shí)，設(shè)備具備高效輸送能力，保障料流順暢連續(xù)，提升整體裝船效率。

目前設(shè)備已安裝就位，GENMA團(tuán)隊(duì)將持續(xù)提供技術(shù)支持，確保后續(xù)調(diào)試與運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)推進(jìn)。

GENMA has successfully delivered and installed two 2500TPH fixed ship loaders at a client's site in Indonesia. The loaders are custom-engineered for the client's terminal, mounted on offshore piers to optimize construction costs while meeting operational demands.

Each unit features a rotating spout for flexible adaptation to various vessel types. The two loaders can operate in coordination, supported by advanced safety interlocking and remote monitoring systems to ensure risk-free operation. With high-efficiency conveying technology, the equipment guarantees smooth material flow and enhanced loading performance.

The loaders are now in place, and GENMA's technical team remains on-site to support commissioning and stable operation.
